The tower's shape is sinuous, inspired by Miami's natural surroundings and soars 70 stories, with residences ranging from 2 bedrooms + den to 4 bedrooms + den, to Penthouse layouts, with interior square footage from 1,800-10,000 sq. ft. Conceived as a private, lush sanctuary within the Brickell financial hub, every home faces east toward Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean and features expansive terraces with summer kitchens. 1428 Brickell is the first residential tower in the world to be partially powered by the sun and has a solar backbone on its west facade. The building offers 80,000 square feet of amenities, including a wellness center, Technogym-designed and equipped gym, outdoor yoga pavilion 850 feet above Biscayne Bay, double-height wine and spirits lounge, and private dining room with Vaselli chef's kitchen. All residences feature Italian kitchens designed by Antonio Citterio, artisanally crafted by Arclinea with glass enclosures by Rimadesio, and natural stone flooring by Antolini.
