From afar, the light-metallic façade of UNA Residences shimmers. Facing Brickell Key and Key Biscayne in South Brickell, this 47-story, iconic tower evokes the subtle crest of a wave and aerodynamic shape of the Italian Riva yacht. Designed by high-performance architects Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill, progenitors of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, UNA Residences will be one of the first towers in Miami which will leave a sophisticated and refined imprint on its skyline.
Taking its formal cues from water and fluidity, the building is sculptural in nature and offers wraparound terraces, a cantilevered podium, air-conditioned underground parking, landscaped gardens and vistas toward unspoiled sections of South Miami and its barrier islands.
138 elegantly-crafted residences range from two to five bedrooms and between 1,100 and 4,786 square feet. Each unit features bay and ocean views, private elevator entry, 10'8" ceiling heights, chef's kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, master suites with double closets and bathrooms, and 10-foot-deep balconies with 'lift-and-glide' floor-to-ceiling doors and glass railings for a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience.
